TERMS & CONDITIONS

To be read and understood BEFORE filling the application.

  1. Fees must be paid using one of the three payment options.
  2. A non‐refundable deposit of £50 must be paid at the end of each term, to secure your child’s place for the next term.
  3. If a student leaves before the end of a term, no refunds will be given.  If Back to Broadway have to cancel a school before the start of term, the deposit of £50 will be returned.
  4. A copy of our child protection policy is available on request.
  5.  Students should wear black jazz pants, leggings or other soft clothing and black jazz shoes, or soft shoes. The only compulsory item is the Back to Broadway t-shirt which is available to buy online or at your class.  This must be worn at every session. Only discreet jewelry and/accessories to be worn to Back to Broadway for safety reasons.
  6. We would appreciate that any monies (i.e. fees, merchandise etc) given to us, is  in a sealed envelope with the students name on the front.
  7.  Any student wishing to take part in our performances may be required to purchase basic costumes pieces which will then be yours to keep.
  8. If we feel that any student is being disruptive on a regular basis, we will issue a verbal warning. If this continues, a written warning will follow, then exclusion from the school.
  9. Our annual performance may be recorded professionally – personal cameras and recording equipment will also be permitted.
  10. Any student found ‘texting’ or talking on a mobile phone during class time will automatically receive a written warning. The phone will be confiscated and returned at the end of the session.
  11. We advise that your child does not bring any valuables (i.e. phones, jewelry etc) with them to the class as we cannot be held responsible for them
  12. All children will be registered ‘in’ at every session and ‘out’ at the end of the session. No child will be allowed to leave unless signed out. Written permission must be given if you wish your child to sign themselves in and out.
  13. If you are going to be late to pick your child/ren up, you must make contact with your school manager, teacher, or the venue, to inform us.
  14. Any student entering any TV talent competitions or such like must inform their Manager if wishing to enter using the Back to Broadway Theatre Schools name.
