Mike Bearcroft
Mike is experienced in company management and the entertainment industry. He has worked as head of sales and marketing for International companies in the UK and Canada. He was chairman of KCBC radio station and as a performer has appeared in Peak Practise, Brum and Ali G The Movie. Mike then trained as a Director of Musicals and was awarded Best Director at the Exmouth Play Festival 2008. He originally formed Back to Broadway in 2007 as a concert fundraiser for charities, and has been instrumental in building the company into a leading musical theatre production currently touring major UK theatres.

Sue Bearcroft
Sue trained in dance and drama at the Barbara Speake Theatre School London. She performed as a dancer at the London Palladium, and major UK theatres in a variety of shows, as well as television and commercials. As a choreographer Sue has specialised in regional pantomimes and children’s productions.

Georgina Hone
Georgie is currently furthering her training in performing arts by studying for a degree in ‘performance production’ with the University of Plymouth Colleges. She also has a keen interest in scriptwriting, along with a passion for ‘performance’, and enjoyed notable success as Lady Macbeth in a University production. This year she will be taking a lead role in ‘Dracula’……so beware!
Georgie is a lively and enthusiastic practitioner in all aspects of musical theatre
Elizabeth Bialyk
Elizabeth gained a National Diploma in Performing Arts where she was awarded a triple distinction. Throughout her years at Stage School she achieved many LAMDA exams, and performed in many venues including 'Her Majesty's Theatre' in the West End. She is also trained in a variety of dance disciplines, Ballet, Contemporary, Urban Dance, Musical Theatre and many more. She is now studying with the University of Plymouth Colleges, and is in her second year of a ‘performance production’ degree.
Jo Stratford
Jo trained in Theatre Studies at Exeter College, which included producing/directing plays, choreography, contemporary dance, ballet and street. She teaches dance at a local primary school, and choreographs regional productions.
Avril Best
Avril trained initially as a singer, but has since developed her acting and teaching career. She won critical acclaim for her role in Talking Heads Pavilion Theatre Sidmouth, and is also an accomplished cabaret artist performing at prestigious UK venues. Avril teaches drama and singing for the Back to Broadway Musical Theatre Schools in Colyton Devon and Millfield School Somerset.
Chris Hughes
Chris graduated from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and was a member of the BBC National Chorus of Wales.
He has performed with Welsh National Opera and Opera Ddraig where he took the role of Papageno in Mozart’s ‘Magic Flute’ at The Gate Theatre Cardiff. Chris is currently on a UK tour with Back to Broadway the Musical.
Phoenix Griffin
Phoenix trained in performing arts-dance at the Stratford on Avon College and gained a National Diploma in choreography, ballet, contemporary, tap and urban dance. She now teaches intermediate level for ballet, modern jazz and theatre craft.
Charlotte Gibson
Charlotte Trained at the London School of Musical Theatre and now teaches music and musical theatre to aspiring young performers. She has extensive international performance experience including principle singer for the Cirque du Soleil in Europe’s largest casino, Estoril, and as lead singer for Mad About the Musicals UK tour. Other credits include lead roles in Pantomimes at The Garrick Litchfield and Gracie Fields Theatre, Rochdale.
Lisa Altinkupru
Lisa trained in performing arts at the Pattison Theatre Arts College, Coventry where she received the student award for outstanding achievement. She has a wealth of international performance experience including Lady Legends UK tour, Roberts National Circus UK tour and is currently Dance Captain with Back to Broadway the Musical UK tour
